Hello. Good evening.
Welcome. Welcome.
It is indeed November 2025.
kunini sibika ukuthi isendleleni.
My goodness. What exciting times. What exciting times.
Okay.
I have lost my window. There I am. Found myself. Found myself.
Are we good? Are we well? I hope that we are.
I'm very very excited. I'm very very excited for what um this month holds and what it's going to be for us. Woo! You know, it's, it's that time. We've been talking about it. We've been saying November 2025. November 2025. For how long? And it's here now.
And I feel I feel so relieved because you don't always know what it is, that is coming. But when you hear that everything will change, when you look at the transits and you see the things you see, you know, it's very open-ended. Um, and you you're not sure what it is that you're going to see. Uh, and I'm just so grateful that now that November 2025 is here, uh, I have a lot more clarity about what it is that this November 2025 aura has been um, since November 2022, right?
So remember first of all that astrology is a research based science and it's like oh you can say it's not a science that's fine. Astrology is something that is based primarily on pattern recognition. We have a data set that is about give or take 5,000 years old of documented human history alongside astrology. It is not, it didn't start today, you know.
So, we're looking at these transits and um different transits happening at different moments in history and the things that happened under those transits, right? Um and and and because we have such a large data set to look at when we are making these predictions or doing these readings um forecasts, I think that's closer to what we call it, right? Um what we're doing is we're looking at the patterns throughout history, not just of the big event, but going backwards to the catalyst of what was causing the big event.
So for a very long time we've been saying, for at least the last year we've been saying okay the life... the world as you knew it is well and truly over.
Um and and every every now and then we we would isolate a different area of life where we would emphasize that, right? And the the thing is for a really long time it it may have seemed theoretical, right? But the thing is when we were speaking on those things is because we were aware of policy decisions that are being made under these transits. Historically, research shows that under these transits, these kind of policy policy decisions tend to be what influences and then if the collective is not responding in a way that intercepts that or you know um then what we will see will then be the result of whatever collective response was or wasn't at then this later time.
So for instance, um I I think it was around July we were talking about like okay um I think when Uranus was leaving Taurus into Gemini, we spoke about the the the world changing in in terms of how we relate as as people and to our sovereignty, right? And I think that is when um for instance a lot of decisions were made about what um ICE has become in in America as we see it today. And basically what we're seeing now is that all of the things that were theory, right? They were theoretical because we hadn't seen the practical output uh play out in reality. We hadn't seen what happens when X and Y uh are put into whatever equation. Right? Um, now we're at the at somewhere midway through that sum and and we're seeing the results of the first part of this calculation and what it is showing us is very interesting.
Um, first of all, uh, the the the illusion of individuality I think now has truly fallen away.
Economists are saying the world as you knew it no longer exists. Historians, um, teachers of politics are saying to their students that what we're teaching you now is not what you're going to graduate into. It it no longer exists. We are essentially teaching you history as it is unfolding because those structures, the policies that held them together have long fallen away. And the illusion that it is possible for us to regain our balance in the past is now um the the bell has told for that illusion. It is no longer possible. The only movement now is forward, right?
And that is what it is when we speak about November 2025, this is when we are seeing truly um the beginning of whatever it is that will become um the future. We are in for some really really exciting astrology, right?
But um there were a few things I had wanted to get into before we get like into the nitty-gritty of um the the the the the astrology that we will be seeing with this full moon in Taurus.
Um it Taurus Taurus is an earth sign, right? Um and I always say so when when the moon is full, we have the sun in one sign and the moon in the opposite sign. These two opposite signs are what they call sister signs. Um and they they they are similar and different. Okay. And what we see... (ukubodla) Makhosi! in this transit is going to be is is is so interesting. It is already so interesting.
Makhosi eMakhosini. Ngicela ukubingelela ogogo nomkhulu, ngicela ukubingelela iindlondlo ezihle. kukhona izangoma ezingenile phakathi kwenkundla yethu. Namkelekile nonke zindlondlo ezinhle.
Uh, good evening. Welcome. This is Sangoma Society where we demystify the astral and the ancestral. Mina ngingu Makhosi uNomabutho emsamo.
I do these readings in the context of ubunyanga bami.
I am @HoneyTellaStory on all social media platforms, and I am Honey Makwakwa to my parents, but in this space ungangibiza nje uMakhosi.
So here we are looking at this upcoming full moon in Taurus. Right? now... we were speaking about the tension between um sister signs. Now, with Scorpio and Taurus, I always say, you know, people have this really um strong opinion or perspective on Scorpio about Scorpio being really jealous. And yes, jealous is different though from what they think of when they say jealous. People often think of jealousy as possession, wanting ownership of. Jealousy is closer to is is closer to admiration than it is to desire. So I would say possession is closer to envy *desire than it is to desire *admiration. Do you know what I mean?
So we we we we when we look at what is happening within us Taurus with the moon it's possession right, which is the the Taurian energy being an earth sign a material sign a sign that is interested in the material and right now Taurus is ruled by Venus and at the moment Venus is in its other ruling sign which is Libra. So really lovely, really luxuriating, really about beautiful things and very conscious of beautiful things. But something that we forget about with Taurus is that material aspect is not just about the beauty. It is really really material. We mean money, we mean gold, we mean land.
And Uranus in Taurus showed us that. Um Uranus, the planet of disruption and revolution, and Taurus showed us how much the land question uh really really means to us. And now with Uranus in Gemini; its most revolutionary station where it takes the most amount of action, we're seeing action being taken in that regard.
But some interesting things are happening because Uranus is going to retrograde out of Gemini um this week back into Taurus um with the full moon also being in Taurus. So, it's it's going to really focus our energy and our attention back into how personal the political is because it is the question of home. It is the question of material possession.
It is the question of land. and these these policy shifts that we're talking about and the shift in the conversation that that we're we're saying is happening right now when we say that this month things are never going to be the same again. We're seeing it already um as we build up uh in into this transit with the conversation we're having right now about Venezuela and how um the United States is trying to build a narrative that allows them to invade and exploit for oil in in that country.
We're shifting the conversation. so so um significantly around Sudan and the history that the United Arab Emirates have of uh creating conflict and disruption in Sudan in order to access its gold. Right?
We're having a conversation about ecoterrorism and you know um and ecofascism because of what we have seen recently with um Hurricane Melissa and the the damage it it has done in Jamaica and how the dispossession of the indigenous people of Jamaica by multinational hotel groups who have destroyed the ecosystem that shields the island from hurricanes. simple, you know, protocol of mangroves um in the first reef breaking the storm before it makes landfall. it being destroyed in order to create a like a a more tropical postcard thing for tourists and and and how the people of Jamaica, how community is coming together to navigate this through.
And speaking of community, the nations of the Caribbean itself and the community they have with each other, which is again also shifting the conversation on sovereignty and and and and self determination because of Cuba's impact during this time.
Cuba has been in the conversation a lot and again I'm going to bring it to this Uranus and Gemini moving back into Taurus and how we're seeing this conversation around fascism really start to click, right? Starting to like now we're "getting it".
Remember that Uranus is still is retrograde but it's still in the first degree of Gemini and when it moves back It's going to be in the last degree of Taurus. It's not going to move very far out of these very very heightened degrees which means that like we were it it's energy is almost like at a fever pitch there's an urgency um when we see the the 29th and the first degree that space in between there there's an urgency that we see there. So, we're being finetuned to recognize something because when Uranus goes back into Taurus, there's going to be um like a rebalancing that that gives us an opportunity to get our story together um with respect to community and how we navigate this thing because Now that veil, that narrative, that theory about individuality about oh you you you know the only you matter and only what you do matters for you. You only have an impact on yourself. That lie, has now truly fallen away, and everything is bringing our attention to it.
We saw it um even with Tanzania still under this Uranus impact that we've been discussing, right? Um and what the individuals um who have made certain choices over the years um having to to recognize themselves as being part of a community. Um, I think it was Diamond Platinums who uh did a quick cleanup of his social media. Um, and people clocked it, like it everybody saw it.
And this story about, oh, an artist has no power, oh, it is falling apart. It is falling apart so delightfully. The story ends now. the narrative of ethical billionaires and all of this, it ends now. It's no longer the the facade that held up these narratives that divided us more than they brought us together are all falling apart and it is now undeniable.
The reality is now out in the open. It is no longer personal philosophy. It is very much tangible reality.
That is what the November 2025 shift was right and is.
And it's it's it's a really beautiful opportunity um for for us to to take action.
Now, when we say November 2025, November 2025, what are these big things that we're seeing in the world around us right now?
The American shutdown. Now, we can all see that um when they said make America great again, they weren't talking about make America Jim Crow again. No, they were saying make America pre-Civil War, pre-unification again, because the project 2025 um plan is well and fully underway.
They're intending to starve their population into supplication. They've been testing the boundaries of their population where increasingly um erratic action by ICE um is is is basically overwhelming the population into bystander effect.
But this week represents such incredible opportunity. such incredible opportunity because um what we have today today is um the last day that Mars* will be in Scorpio*. So it's your last day to get your strategy together because Scorpio is going to move out of Mars uh out Mars is going to move out of Scorpio and into Sagittarius tomorrow and it's it's going to get active pretty much straight away. Um I I I think there's going to be an opposition. Like it's moving, man. It's moving. But what we're seeing is that uh today there's going to be Yeah. It's going to Mars in Sagittarius is going to oppose Uranus in Gemini. ooh! Okay.
So there's there's this massive opportunity for collective change that that we see because that is a personal planet um and a collective planet. Personal planet being Mercury *Mars, collective planet being Scorpio *Uranus. Now when we see those opposing, we're seeing personal personal choice. "I make a personal decision".
So if I'm a New Yorker, I decide today to go out and vote for Zoran Mamdani and then it has a collective outcome, right? Um which is Uranus in Gemini for instance, right?
So that is really um like okay Mamdani's chances under this astrology look really good and when we look at this and we say that this is a moment of opportunity. This is a moment where things change in a way that doesn't look like they have ever looked before? We're talking about moments like this.
Now, you might say that um what does the mayor of New York have to do- ??
When America sneezes, the world catches cold. Everything is correlation. Right?
And the conversation we're having right now is about leadership, is about sovereignty, is about land, is about home, is about, you get me? And look at what he is running on. Make New York affordable for those who live in New York, right? Those who are from New York.
Globally, all around the world, every city in the world is having a conversation about Airbnb and what it means for those who are from that city. Barcelona has said by uh the end of 2026 there will be no Airbnb operational within Barcelona because it has made Barcelona unaffordable for its inhabitants.
Hey Cape Town, are you listening? Okay.
So things of that nature when we talk about land when we talk about the personal being political we're talking about this, because where you live is very personal, but you being able to live there is an extremely political thing. So the idea that you can make a decision in private that has no collective impact has fallen away. Do you see this theme? Do you see this theme? Okay, let's wake up to it. Let's wake up to it because what makes the the these two, three days that we're in today, tomorrow, Wednesday really pivotal. Well, listen, this week is is a lot.
I said from the 1st to the 7th of November, the astrology, if you go back to the year reading, I said from the 1st to the 7th. Helang!
And um yeah, right. Yeah, it is really a potential shift in ideological shift within the Democratic Party itself. It would pit the East Coast versus the West Coast and really um force the West Coast into a conversation about what land means there, right? Um because they have a really horrible homelessness situation there. um less said the better in this house anyway because we don't have the time.
We want to get we we want to keep moving forward right now. Okay. So now... the last thing that I want to talk about in terms of the impact and um the the the the the impact of the current astrology, the influence that America has on the world and the the end of The illusion, right, is when we look at far right evangelical religion and how the far right has weaponized it.
So prosperity gospel goes hand in glove with capitalism and the American far right is only interested in the preservation of capitalism. When we look at organizing and we say it's just I just like the vibes at that church. Um, we now have to bring our mind back to our reality and see how the vehicle of religion is being used as a Trojan horse to shoo in the return of slavery. Because that is what project 2025 is for. Starve people out of their homes. criminalize homelessness, put people in reform camps, make them work in order to live within those reform camps or put them in um prison directly and use their slave labor from prison. You understand? That is where this is going. There is no detour. There is no other way. This is where it's going. unless Americans choose to act differently now!
And within South Africa, when we look at where the parallels are, um, we know that the far right Afrikaner community in this country look to the American far-right movement as their last hope because they recognize apartheid when they see it and they envy it! And they wish for it! And they find ideological home with each other, right? And it it's no longer like, oh, "maybe". No.
America supports apartheid in Israel and wishes for those whom no longer benefit from apartheid in South Africa to come and be the whip whipping boys for them on the ground in America. They're saying you're our kind of cruel. You're our kind of evil. Come home to the place where you belong because here we intend to rain down this kind of terror into the rest of eternity. That's where we are right now. The writing is on the wall. It's no longer theoretical. The policies are on paper.
Okay. So that's November 2025. Now, if you want to think, hey, what's a moment that could like really encapsulate all of this? Do you remember Brexit? Do you remember Brexit and how people voted and how people were in like uh like so lackadaisical about their involvement and like, "oh, it's this, so it's not really", remember that? And do you see now how um unaffordable the UK has become?
The UK used to be really affordable, guys. Like, trust me, I lived there. I lived there. It was an incredibly affordable place. You could get like, yo, life was good over there. Now, now? oh my goodness. And the British passport used to be really well respected. They cannot even use an e they can't use like those um passport terminals that use like um electronic only um verification. They have to queue with us green passport holders from Africa when they travel in Europe.
...like the sovereignty of their passport has fallen because of the decisions that they made when they voted for Brexit. So this moment in time, it's that kind of shift. It's that kind of shift if you're asking yourself what um can we look at in the past that can give us an idea of what we're in at this moment in time. So anything that is asking for collective involvement um that's the kind of level that it plays on.
Okay. Right now let's get into the nitty-gritty of some of the transits that we have this week because ooh! kuningi and kuningier. .
Okay. Um, we're already in the Mercury pre- retrograde shadow now. Um, let me just say it has been whacking me, okay? It has been ruthless.
Mercury in Sagittarius um can be very unexpected. Um, it is my natal placement. Um, and I I know that I I have a very unexpected way of communicating sometimes, right? Um, and Mercury rules communication and understanding and and and now it's not in a good place. It's not happy in Sagittarius. Um, because it's Sagittarius is fiery. It can come off aggressive. it can um and and and then also that unconventional way of thinking that can burst through. Now when it goes retrograde in Sagittarius, you know, sometimes this retrograde happens well into December and our laptops are closed and it doesn't matter. Fine. Not now. Not this one. (ukubodla) not this one.
This one is going to be showing us exactly what isn't working. Now remember, Mercury is a personal planet. Fastmoving planets are personal planets. So it is you your action that you've been doing that hasn't been working is going to be showing you and whacking you.
Okay, in this retrograde, now it's not for the entire retrograde. It's only for the first 10 days that we're going to feel that really really rough. Um you probably are already feeling it. you probably are already feeling it, you know. Um,
I want you to look at where um if if you just want a deeper understanding, I want you to look at your sixth house um which is the the house of daily action um and and just look at whatever is in your sixth house and try to understand your story there. Okay. Um because like Mercury is kind of going to be showing you the (ukubodla) those aspects your habits the things that are not working um are going to be rocking you. Now if you say um well like I I'm really keen to actually see what's not working. Good. Good. You should be. you should be because this is actually an opportunity, you know, and I'm going to say it. I always say it, journal, journal, journal. Please use this time to journal.
It's the kind of um time where you want to be journaling morning and evening. And so much just have a look over what you journaled um like every day. Do you know don't wait till the end of the month just kind of read would see I said I wanted to do this or I thought this or whatever just so that you're catching up to yourself a lot quicker. Um because it it's it's really like um a a pattern recognition opportunity here.
And it it it is so strong because on the 20th um Mercury is going to cazimi but when Mercury cazimis um it has it will have moved back into Scorpio so slightly less tense than Sagittarius right but it's going to be in the heart of the sun and that is also going to be um happening at a time when we are going to be seeing Mercury. What's Mercury doing? Yeah, it's going to oppose Pluto. Okay, Mercury is going to oppose Pluto. So Pluto secrets retrograde and then the sign of Pluto's ruler which is Scorpio...
big secrets big secrets big unlock moment a moment to see something, a revelation.
It may be a revelation about other other people, it may be a revelation about yourself. Now where um the possibility for revelations about other people comes from is like I said um Sagittarius being fiery can come across aggressive um is not the only thing that's bringing this aggression to this Mercury retrograde. There is also um Mercury Mars conjunction on the 12th of November now maybe don't send emails that day, sommer don't answer the phone don't tweet just just just take make a vow of silence for the day. Okay? Just because there's potential for fighting words. There's potential for so much. It's just no no. But also really really great because what is happening is also people are are acting from a place of impulse, a place that is raw, that is stripped down, that is without artifice. So, it gives you this incredible opportunity to really see people, to really clock what it is that you're you're seeing, right?
So, that's in the buildup to then that um big revelation on the 20th when we've got um Pluto um opposing Mercury retrograde in Scorpio. And then this Mercury retrograde is actually going to be like really dope going forward after that because now you're going to have like a deeper understanding of what it is that hasn't been working that's in your house, right? In your house. Um you want to if you want to support this action um and give yourself a good foundation. Remember with every full moon we do the work uh of the shadow work through Clearing into Consciousness which is looking at ourselves, our actions, our patterns, our things that we bring into the world and bring into our relationships and bring into different situations that are hindering us or holding us back, you know, like where we're actually carrying weight we can't see. Do you know, and and do the work of putting it down, that will give you a really good foundation to to work through this historic month.
And again, when you're doing the shadow work and like when you're doing this kind of work, it shatters the illusion of the personal not being political.
Because when you have a deeper, clearer understanding of yourself, then how you show up in community with other people shifts significantly.
Now what is the last thing that I want to speak about? It is this um concept of um the personal, the political and the collective. Today is Old Souls Day. We've just touched on how the far right uses um the prosperity gospel of evangelical churches, right? And we know that traditional religion has its own clause in the identity politic that we have with ourselves as black people, as people of African descent (ukubodla) as people who um are indigenous to any part of the world because itself, organized religion is a a thing that comes from pagan customs right so when we look at old souls day we look at Halloween we look at um I don't know the words in um the the the Mexican culture, the indigenous North American culture uh of commemorating the day of the dead. Essentially the Catholic Church is also commemorating the day of the dead right in the same period of time because astrologically that is what is supported at this moment in time and it is not something one does in isolation.
Yes, we're looking for our ancestors. Yes, we are looking to honor and venerate and pray for and ask for the guidance and sovereignty and peace and happiness of our departed loved ones, those of our own personal bloodlines. No matter which indigenous or religious culture or pop culture you look at it, that is what this day is for, right? Or the season that we have been in is for. But when you look at all of these practices, they do not happen behind closed doors in secret. They happen in collective. In the collective. right? now.
When we look at our relationship with our ancestors, when we look at ourselves and how we do the work, there is a misconception um that that this work is not collective, that this is secret. No. Um, ubungoma is a closed practice, right? We are talking matters of life and death. It's not things that you leave out in the open. Ancestral indigenous practice, building of relationships with our ancestors are personal. There's things within our processes that belong only to our bloodlines. Doesn't matter where you go. It's like that everywhere. But what we tend to bring is this uninterrogated, undeconstructed organized western religion perspective of what this is. And then we shine that lens on this or we see indigenous African spirituality through the lens of western religion or we just blanket it in the same way. And it is so so dangerous. And the thing is that so many people think that "I know what ubungoma is because ngisisangoma ngokwam" without having done the work of deconstruction, without having interrogated ukuthi ngizibona nginjani ngoba ngisisangoma, ubungoma buyini kim, idlozi liyini kim and where... what is informing that understanding? we don't ask ourselves these questions and then because we we say "because I am it I innately understand", that's not how it works.
You were born into a pre-existing system.
Kunemithetho nemigomo, this you initiated into- what you were born into- and what you initiated into, are not the same thing.
You were born into a white supremacist colonial context. Whether we like it or not, that is what capitalism is. And anytime you are doing the work to say that you are building a relationship with your ancestors, you are shifting out of that into something else. And if you want to do so without bringing harm, you have to at some point stop and interrogate what informs your perspective.
If you've never done that work and you don't know where to start, um I am going to put the link to our very free course, Answers from Our Ancestors in the description uh below on our YouTube channel. So just go to Sangoma Society on YouTube. Um look on the live tab for the full moon in Taurus. Um and you will find the link to answers to answers from our ancestors there or visit sangomasocciety.co.za
and you will find um the link to answers from our ancestors there. But for us right now, we are going to invite you to join us in doing the shadow work, deconstructing, really going there under the guidance of your ancestors with us here over the 3 days of the full moon. Woo! It's going to be incredible. Do join us inside clearing into consciousness. You can find the link in the description below and also on sangomasociety.co.za that is Clearing into Consciousness where we do the shadow work under the guidance of our ancestors because we are being called to show up to reality as it is not as we wish it to be.
And right now what we know about the reality we are in is that the personal is political and how you understand yourself informs how you see the world. And it is time for you to get honest and real with your understanding of yourself. Let's do the work my people, our lives depend on it. Our lives depend on it. Mhm. It's been a pleasure to be with you. Always a privilege to be in your presence.
Mina ndi ngu Makhosi uNomabutho, this is Sangoma Society where we demystify the astral and the ancestral. Until next time, kukhanye! Makhosi.
